We are introducing a customizable affordable student accommodation solution that provides the students with a central housing in large university cities across Europe that are on the sea or a river.

Our idea is a small student city with all the basic shops and dining right outside your door. Providing students with studying areas and places to socialize and exercise.

We are planning to use all the newest technology that will not only benefit the students, but also the environment, by integrating solar energy, low consumption lighting, heat recovery and heat conversion to reduce the environmental impact.
